We have a well-organized management system, focusing both on production and export. Our R&D team and engineering team is composed of 20 engineers with an average of five years' experience. They develop at least five new products monthly or 60 products annually. They can also custom make products according to your specifications in 30 days.
Our QA & QC teams work strictly on mass production quality control. Our 30 QC staff with an average of five years' experience ensures that we have a return rate of less than 0.3%. We do by inspecting the raw materials and parts and confirming that they comply with our AQL 0.65/1.0 standards. Due to this, we are able to provide a one-year warranty on all our products.
Our factory that covers a total of 5,000 square meters houses 1,000 staff. Our monthly production capacity is 240,000 units and 80% of these are exported to North America, Europe and South Asia. We are able to accomplish this through our special production machines such as SMT machines, injection machines, and our four assembly lines.
